What You'll Do Lead Multi-Site Operations Oversee daily operations across multiple branches throughout South Carolina Mentor and develop Branch Directors, Administrators, and office teams Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence Drive Growth & Performance Own P&L performance, census growth, and operational KPIs Partner with recruiting and sales to increase caregiver staffing and client referrals Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and service areas Deliver Exceptional Client Experience Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and service outcomes Act as a leader in client relationship management and issue resolution Operational Excellence Standardize processes while adapting to local needs Identify gaps and implement performance improvement strategies Lead regular performance reviews, team meetings, and operational check-ins Compliance & Quality Ensure all operations meet state, federal, and company standards Maintain readiness for audits and licensing requirements Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics and outcomes What We’re Looking For 5-7+ years of multi-site leadership experience (home care or healthcare preferred) Proven ability to manage operations, drive growth, and lead teams Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L Knowledge of home care regulations (preferred but not required) Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel regularly across South Carolina What Sets You Apart You are a hands-on leader who leads by example You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments You're passionate about building teams and developing people You use data to drive decisions and results Why Join Attentive Angels?
