As a Senior Staff Accountant , you’ll play a key role in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strengthening accounting processes within a dynamic P&C environment. What You’ll Do Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Statutory (NAIC) requirements Support regulatory filings and ensure compliance with insurance reporting standards Assist with reinsurance accounting and evaluate financial impact of transactions Strengthen internal controls and contribute to audit readiness and coordination Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably homeowners Knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting (NAIC reporting) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively Desire to live Slide’s Core Values What Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe: An opportunity to be part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
