Community Health Nurse: Immunizations & Care Coordination

Marion County Public Health Department seeks an experienced Public Health Nurse (PHN) to provide nursing services across homes, schools and clinics in Indiana. You will perform assessments, immunizations, TB care, care coordination and EMR documentation while promoting health equity and HIPAA compliance. Requirements include a BSN, 10 years of nursing experience, Indiana RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license for home visits; travel and evenings #J-18808-Ljbffr Marion County Public Health Department
