Experience Requirements Previous medical billing experience required Knowledge of super bills and insurance claims processing Experience working in a medical office preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn practice-specific systems Job Duties Process medical billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently Review and submit super bills for insurance reimbursement Verify claim information and ensure accurate insurance submissions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist patients with billing and insurance-related questions Perform front office and administrative support duties Utilize practice management software to maintain patient records Help coordinate daily office operations and workflow Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality Solid Paychecks .
