The Executive Director of IS Operations and Technology is responsible for: Oversees all “Keep the Lights On” (KTLO)/“Run the Business” (RTB) activities; ensures clinical, administrative, and operational information systems remain available, secure, and performant 24 hours/day, 7days/week (“24/7”).Collaborates with the security team to mitigate cybersecurity threats.Leads and develops a team of IS managers, engineers, and support staff members.Demonstrating integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Reports to:Chief Information Officer/VP Supervises:Director/IT Infrastructure ServicesDirector/IT Planning and QualityWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYEducation:Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related healthcare field; Preffered: Master's degree.Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare IT and operations experience (including five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience).Certification/License/Registry:Required: None.
