Position Summary The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of multiple outpatient centers while assisting with the planning and development of future locations. This role oversees facility regulatory requirements, environment of care standards, accounts receivable and payable processes, administrative correspondence, and facility policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Coordinate concierge, maintenance, vendor, and volunteer functions to support efficient facility operations and service delivery. Serve as the primary on-site liaison for facility services, physician tenants, landlords, leasing agents, vendors, and property management partners. Assist with physician tenant onboarding activities, including coordinating with the Medical Staff Office to initiate credentialing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with physician tenants and serve as the primary customer service contact for operational and facility-related needs. Monitor facility operations, identify issues, and escalating concerns and recommendations to leadership in a timely manner. Support facility planning initiatives, operational improvement efforts, and additional projects and duties as assigned. Experience Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field and 1 year of healthcare, facility operations, property management, real estate, or related experience; or High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred: 1 year of Project Management experience 1 year of Operations experience 1 year of Planning experience Experience in facility operations, property management, commercial real estate, tenant relations, or vendor management Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Certifications Preferred: Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Experience in Risk Management Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Property Manager (CPM), or related industry certification Position Details Department: Facilities - BISC Location: BayCare BISC Status: Full Time, Exempt Schedule: Days, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Remote Work: Onsite Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr BayCare Health System
