Practice Info Phelps Memorial Hospital Center is a 238-bed acute care community hospital. Located in central Westchester County. Serves Westchester County and surrounding communities in Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut. Compensation ~ Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, impacted by various factors including physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity. Benefits Eligible employees will receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses towards a master's degree from Hofstra University. Those attending another university will receive $5,000 annually in reimbursement toward qualified tuition expenses. Northwell Health is a nonprofit, making it a qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF) under federal student aid.
