Data Manager

Driving data systems excellence, the full-time Data Manager will manage Salesforce administration and data management while collaborating with the Digital & Data Team to enhance training, onboarding, and data-driven culture in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Support Salesforce administration, including configuration changes, data entry, and user assistance to ensure data quality and accurate reporting Encourage a data-driven culture by handling support requests, providing training, and maintaining user documentation Oversee external data collection processes and manage the integration between Salesforce and FormAssembly Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of Salesforce experience Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including security controls and process automation tools Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or ClickUp is preferred Familiarity with FormAssembly and its Salesforce connectors is preferred Formal Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required
