Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide empathetic care to patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Exhibit competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, such as those recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.

Candidates should hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the state where they will practice, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. It is essential to obtain and maintain the required department-specific competencies and certifications.
