We are partnering with a leading packaging and labelling solutions provider that is investing heavily in growth across the United States. As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within the packaging, labels, printing, flexible packaging, cartons, corrugated, or related markets.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer requirements, and create tailored solutions that deliver value while driving profitable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and converting new business opportunities across the US market
• Developing relationships with purchasing, procurement, marketing, operations, and supply chain leaders
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure
• Building and executing strategic territory and account plans
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused packaging and labelling solutions
• Monitoring market activity, competitor developments, and emerging opportunities
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and delivering against revenue targets

• Experience within the packaging, labelling, printing, or converting sectors
• A track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• The ability to engage with decision-makers at multiple levels
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
• A strategic approach combined with a hands-on sales mentality
• Willingness to travel as required
