RN MED SURG TELE - House Supervisor

In-Office | Ganado, AZ, United States

A night position. Monday - Wednesday or Thursday; will be 36 one week and 48 the next week, alternating until Brenna leaves. Then we will have to re-address. Need a person with BLS, ACLS, PALS? Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, a team player, effective communicator, able to make decisions, and have supervisor/staff boundaries. This is not a (7) on (7) off position; I know travelers like that. We need someone here during the weeknights Brenna is not here. This person will orient with Brenna on the weekends when they arrive.

Experience/Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state.

• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• ACNL/ENCARE or patient safety certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).

• Minimum 5 years RN experience in MED SURG TELE or similar.

• Proven ability to lead staffing, scheduling, and workload balancing.

• Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor metrics and drive quality improvement.

• Experience with patient flow, bed management, admissions, and discharges.

• Excellent bedside rounds leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Mentoring and professional development of nursing staff.

• Contract role with on-site, shift-based supervision and high visibility responsibilities.
