- Reliable, Motivated, and Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to provide healthy, constructive feedback in a team environment
- Salesforce testing experience (Sales or Service Cloud)
- Manual QA expertise: test plans, test cases, UAT, regression testing
- Experience testing integrations, data flows, and business processes
- Familiarity working within consulting delivery models
- QA automation tools (Provar, Selenium, or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Prior enterprise Salesforce implementation experience.
