Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in pallets, is looking for an individual with a leading mentality who is looking to continue their career in supply chain solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Execute sales strategies that drive market share growth and expand key customer relationships.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with national and enterprise accounts.Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and sales performance accountability.Champion a solution-selling approach focused on customer needs and value creation.Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to support customer success and business growth.Ensure exceptional customer experience through proactive account management and issue resolution.Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.Experience developing and executing successful sales growth strategies.Background selling into retail, grocery, foodservice, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related B2B markets preferred.CRM proficiency required; Salesforce experience preferred.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.Ability to travel approximately 40%.BenefitsHealth insuranceCompany carCompany credit cardCompensation: $175,000 - $200,000 + bonus
