Registered Nurse (RN) 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends Full-Time Day PRN/Per Diem Job Summary: Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our skilled nursing facility in Platte City, Missouri, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents. Our mission is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every individual can thrive, and we are committed to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in daily Shift Report and update resident records accurately and timely
- Assist in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to care management team
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
