Specializing in corporate interiors, brand development, hospitality, restaurant, and retail projects, the firm places an emphasis on complex, high-quality, and sustainable solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this position will support the firm’s marketing initiatives, client development, market research, public relations, and communications. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, highly organized, and passionate about architecture, design, retail, hospitality, fashion, and luxury brands. What You'll Do: Research and identify new and expanding brands that may be potential clients for Valerio Architects. Monitor industry trends, company growth, new store openings, market expansion, acquisitions, and other opportunities that may generate new business. Research prospective clients and identify key decision-makers for targeted marketing and outreach. Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives with current and prospective clients. Prepare targeted presentations, marketing materials, project information, and client communications. Manage and develop content for the firm’s website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels. Support public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, project features, and editorial opportunities. Coordinate project photography, imagery, awards submissions, and other promotional activities. Maintain marketing databases, prospect lists, and business development tracking. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, public relations, communications, or a related field. Experience in architecture, interior design, retail, hospitality, fashion, luxury, or real estate is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, organizational, and analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interest in architecture, design, brands, and current industry trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, and website platforms is a plus. THE RIGHT PERSON We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply execute a marketing plan, but looks for opportunities. You should be someone who sees a brand opening 20 new stores, entering the U.S. market, or expanding into a new city and immediately thinks: Could this be a potential client for Valerio Architects? This is a hands‑on position with the opportunity to work closely with our Business Development Director, principals, and creative teams and to contribute directly to the growth and visibility of the firm.
