Marketing & Business Development ManagerKWSP is partnering with an architectural lighting firm in Los Angeles to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Manager. Qualified candidates will have 5–8+ years of marketing and communications experience in design, architecture, or a related industry and be able to shape and maintain the firm's external presence. The role bridges design and business development, translating the firm's work into compelling narratives, visual materials, and strategic outreach while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.5–8+ years of relevant experience managing marketing and communications in design, architecture, or a related industry.Experience with proposal development and marketing coordination.Proven social media marketing experience.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.Familiarity with Ajera or similar software.Core Competencies:Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with strong editing and storytelling ability.Visual & Brand Awareness: Strong graphic sensibility and an eye for consistency.Project Management & Organization: Strong organizational and project management abilities--manages multiple deadlines, proposals, and initiatives effectively.
