General Engineer

General Engineer Duties

As a General Engineer you will:

Monitor technical execution of highly complex, high-risk systems development and contracts to ensure strict engineering compliance and acquisitions. Demonstrated performance in supervising the technical execution of highly complex, high-risk systems development, or contracts to ensure strict compliance with government requirements.
Monitor contractor progress, assessing technical data/metrics, and executing quality assurance surveillance to assure that the government gets what it has bargained for.
Analyze technical proposals, managing engineering change requests, reviewing contractor cost-reimbursement vouchers, and ensuring strict fiscal stewardship.
Collaborate and interface between the Contracting Officer, Program Office, and Contractor, leading technical teams, and preventing or resolving technical disputes.
