WHAT WE'RE SEEKINGThe Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and acts as a Team Leader for patient care staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of direct care providers to ensure the proper administration of medications and treatments, accurate documentation, family education, care planning, and patient care meetings, all in accordance with Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
- Apply the nursing process to provide patient care and guarantee continuity from admission to discharge and reintegration into family and community.
- Conduct daily visits to residents in the assigned unit to assess their physical and emotional well-being, and promptly inform the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of any changes in a resident’s condition.
- Recognize resident issues and emergency situations, initiating immediate lifesaving actions in the absence of a physician.
- Handle administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, and other necessary documentation.
- Possession of a current, valid state RN license is required.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
