Industrial Services Site Coordinator

Job Summary Industrial Services Site Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the Industrial markets. Responsibilities Coordinates various aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Accountable for planning and coordinating project scheduling and administrative tasks. Supports project staff by facilitating project logistics as defined by department heads or project specification analysts. Familiar with field concepts, practices, and procedures as outlined by company officers. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provides primary administrative assistance to management staff as needed. Coordinates Board meeting communication. Assists with special projects as needed. Maintains and updates company directories. Performs basic maintenance on equipment. Reviews daily management reports. Conducts prospecting calls. Stocks and maintains store showroom merchandise. Follows Standard Operating Procedures. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ year equipment rental or related industry experience. Ability to read instructions, numbers, and work in English. Physical proficiency: able to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel; sit or stand for long periods. Very flexible to travel and work after hours. Physical Demands Bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds or more as required. May require driving for long periods, loading/unloading heavy equipment, and work in extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, excessive temperatures) and on nights and weekends. Base Pay Range $18.99 - $26.11 per hour, start rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
