Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a mid-sized corporation that is in search of someone to take on an Accounts Payable role. Qualified candidates will have a prior accounts payable experience as well as an ability to multi-task well, work with limited oversight and the ability to communicate with all levels of employee and company vendors. This is a full-time, fully onsite, temp to perm position offering a pay rate of $28-30/hour.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist job include:

• Work closely with the Accounting Manager of the corporation
• Handle full cycle accounts payable processing and reporting
• Track and process expense reports
• Process electronic payments
• Use Excel to proactively build month end reports

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of accounts payable experience required
• Technical skills inclusive of ERP software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well across multiple departments

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
