Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounts payable functions across multiple entities. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role based in our West Hempstead office and is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who is comfortable working in a multi‑entity environment. Key Responsibilities Process and enter invoices using proper bookkeeping and accounting codes Manage accounts payable functions, including preparing and cutting checks as needed Perform bank reconciliations for assigned accounts Update and track daily cash activity Maintain accurate and organized financial records Support accounts payable operations across multiple entities (up to seven over time) Utilize QuickBooks for transaction entry and reporting Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Comfortable supporting multiple entities (starting with two, expanding to seven) Qualifications Previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing, multi‑entity environment Experience in behavioral health, hospital, or healthcare settings is a strong plus Why Join Us Be part of a growing behavioral health and hospital network Gain exposure to multi‑entity accounting operations Work in a stable, collaborative, and mission‑driven organization Opportunity to grow with an expanding finance team Location West Hempstead, NY (Onsite) Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary $70,000–$75,000 annually #J-18808-Ljbffr Guardian Recovery Network Holdings
