We are seeking a Full Time IVR Developer Contact Centre with extensive contact centre technology experience and strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, IVR, telephony, and network infrastructure
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and upgrade large-scale contact centre infrastructure
- Develop and support IVR and Amazon Connect contact centre solutions
- Work with telephony, call recording, routing, reporting, CTI, IPT, and WFM technologies
- Design and implement contact centre call flows and routing solutions
- Troubleshoot complex contact centre, telephony, and integration issues
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, application, and business teams
- Support enterprise contact centre deployments and upgrades
- Apply networking knowledge across routing, switching, VoIP, MPLS, and SIP
- Ensure contact centre solutions meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Contact Centre domain
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect Contact Centre Technology
- 3+ years of experience planning and developing large contact centre infrastructure
- Strong experience in design, integration, deployment, and upgrades
- Broad knowledge of telephony, IVR, CTI, IPT, WFM, call recording, routing, and reporting
- Strong networking knowledge including Routing, Switching, VoIP, MPLS, and SIP
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
