The Developer II provides technical support for issues related to MS Dynamics and integrations, and escalating issues as needed. This position also monitors platform health and manages integrations between MS Dynamics and other systems. Create and maintain technical documentation for configuration, customizations, integrations, and workflows.Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet changing business needs. Configure entities, forms, view, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows.Develop and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM as needed.Develop and customize CRM using Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, and PCF controls.Work with integration between Dynamics 365 and external system using API based integration. Support data migration activities (mapping, ETL, data validation).Provide training and support to end-users.Provide day-to-day support of the Enterprise Lead and Broker Management functions as well as service and workflow functions with special focus on the D365 suite of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.Perform system testing and quality assurance for any changes and updates.Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365.Monitor and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system.Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.QualificationsEducation & RequirementRequired:Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with a minimum of two (2) years of MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experienceExperience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM productsExperience working with integration between Dynamics 365 and external system using API based integrationExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CRM systemBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institutionPreferred: Experience with Dataverse and CRM security modelProven experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Relevant certifications, such as MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRMKey QualificationsStrong knowledge and understanding of the followingMS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experienceCRM workflows, customization, and configurationApplicable data privacy practices and lawsFamiliarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies preferredApplicable data privacy practices and lawsExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills are essentialEffective written and verbal communication skillsHighly self-motivated and directed.
