About Our Agency: I opened my current agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm for more than 27 years, serving as a State Farm agent before moving into State Farm management and eventually returning to agency ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, building LEGO sets, and spending time snow skiing and surfing. Building relationships in the community is important to me. I'm active with NAFA, a member of BNI (Business Network International), and enjoy connecting with local businesses and organizations. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
