Job Description

Client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support consumables manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain strict quality standards, and ensure products meet ISO compliance requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic manufacturing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established SOPs.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards, production goals, and efficiency metrics.
• Perform manufacturing activities in a cleanroom environment while following contamination control procedures.
• Handle consumable materials and components with precision under the guidance of Group Leaders or trainers.
• Ensure products meet Revvity's quality specifications and ISO compliance standards.
• Accurately document production activities and maintain manufacturing records.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry, production tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.
• Support additional production projects and assignments as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience working with quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and manufacturing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consumables manufacturing.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of contamination control procedures.
• ISO compliance and quality system awareness.
• Production documentation experience.
• Flexibility to perform varying manufacturing assignments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components and materials.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
