Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I - 1st shift
Location: Lawrence, MA | Pay: 26/hr

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for executing consumables manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and efficiency targets. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs and work instructions
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and production metrics
Operate in cleanroom environments while following contamination control protocols
Handle materials and components with precision under supervision
Ensure all products meet company quality and ISO compliance standards
Accurately document production activities and maintain records
Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting using computer systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications:

Basic manufacturing or production experience
Ability to read and follow detailed SOPs and instructions
Familiarity with basic computer applications and manufacturing systems
Knowledge of ISO quality standards preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable working in cleanroom conditions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
Manual dexterity for handling small components
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
