Additive Manufacturing Production Technician — Orthodontics

Location: Wilmington, MA | Pay: $20/hr

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd | Schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

Your day-to-day

Start your shift in a clean, high-tech space where custom orthodontic products take shape through cutting-edge 3D printing. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you’ll prepare workstations, load jobs, and keep production flowing with precision. You’ll move between equipment operation, in-process checks, and documentation—staying focused, organized, and quality-driven throughout.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment used in 3D printing workflows.
• Follow SOPs and established quality standards at every production step.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify conformance to specifications.
• Record production data accurately and maintain organized documentation.
• Contribute to a clean, fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

What you bring

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort following detailed processes.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively on a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
