Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations at Travere Therapeutics Leading the modern workplace and core infrastructure functions, with a focus on cloud, security, and enterprise network platforms. Responsibilities Define and execute roadmaps for Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, identity/access management, endpoints, networking, and backup Lead architecture, automation, and troubleshooting Modernize platforms for reliability, security, and cost efficiency Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and capacity planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure platform delivery Requirements 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, or cloud environments 7+ years leading technical teams Deep expertise in AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, hybrid cloud, automation, and security Experience supporting regulated environments, preferably in biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences, with GxP familiarity advantageous High-Value Enterprise cloud and infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, hybrid cloud architecture, security and Zero Trust, regulated industry experience, leadership of technical teams.
