Contract - $25-32/hr
Health, Dental, Vision + 401K

• Must be able to work Monday -Thursday in the Ft Myers, FL office / Friday Remote
• Work will be all office work, no travel to field sites
• Start at 7:30a until 4 or 4:30 depending on 30 min or 1 hour lunch
• Needs someone Excel savvy who can create reports and create Pivot tables.
• Looking for someone with strong data tracking skills.
• Easily learns new soft tools, proficient in Excel, etc.
• Must have construction experience.
• Needs to be punctual
• Someone who can learn from day 1 and continue to build from there
• • Will be taught P2 - so anyone who can work in any computer system it can be picked up quickly wants someone willing to learn and get better every day

Scope of Project

• The construction coordinator is responsive for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs
• Manage & Track Milestones
• Create jobs in JT/Polaris
• Issue Jobs to design
• Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris
• Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs
• Reconcile jobs (office)
• Liaise with Stakeholders
• Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales
• Provide reporting for next level management
• Identify Resources
• Create and approve funding request
• Material management and reconciliation
• Research contracts and agreements
• Manage funding request/purchase order
• Responsible for job estimate(finance)
• Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow
• Manage quality control workflow
• Validate that the field quality control is performed
• Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
• Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
• Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control
• Follow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages)
• Validate permit is closed
• Final invoice milestone is set
• Ensure all milestones are updated
• Close jobs
