Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will undertake a variety of clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address psychological issues and promote conflict resolution.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Facilitating discussions among family members to navigate conflicts and enhance communication.

• Providing support for critical issues such as grief, loss, divorce, job-related stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting notes and treatment plans to track progress and ensure comprehensive care.

• Engaging in regular professional development to stay ahead of best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You'll work with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
