Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations. The role will focus on Demand Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, End User Services, Forms Development, and Microsoft O365 integrations including Outlook and Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across Demand Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and End User Services.
• Develop and maintain forms, catalog items, record producers, workflows, and automation aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Script Includes
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • Flow Designer
  • Workflows

Integrations

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Microsoft O365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services.
• Support automation use cases such as email-driven requests, notifications, and collaboration workflows.

Service Catalog & User Experience

• Develop and enhance self-service offerings within Service Catalog and Employee Center.
• Build intuitive forms and user interfaces that improve the employee and end-user experience.
• Ensure seamless integration between forms, workflows, and backend processes.

Demand & Process Enablement

• Support the Demand Management lifecycle from intake and prioritization through fulfillment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and optimize processes.

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with production deployments and release activities.
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents, enhancements, and platform issues.
• Participate in code reviews and platform governance activities.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product owners, architects, and distributed delivery teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • ITSM modules
  • Service Catalog
  • ServiceNow Integrations
• Experience with workflow automation and forms development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripting framework.
• Experience with:
  • REST/SOAP integrations
  • IntegrationHub
  • Flow Designer
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft O365 applications such as Outlook and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Demand Management.
• Experience with Employee Center and End User Services.
• Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
