Every Other Saturday & Sunday

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, resident-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities and promoting comfort, dignity, safety, and independence. Working under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you'll play an essential role in helping residents enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility

• Answer resident call lights promptly and professionally

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition

• Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms

• Change bed linens and assist with routine resident care

• Accurately document care provided

• Follow infection prevention and infection control procedures

• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing

• Successful completion of a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program

• Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or assisted living is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and customer service skills
