Director, Tax - Hybrid (Atlanta)


$180K-$210K Bonus


Leading PE-backed financial services platform hiring a Tax Director to lead UHNW client relationships and complex tax strategy work.


What You'll Do

• Lead tax strategy planning for high-net-worth clients
• Review/sign individual, trust, partnership & corporate returns
• Own client relationships and deliverables
• Partner across tax, accounting, and advisory teams
• Mentor staff and support growth

Must Haves

• 10 years public accounting or family office / wealth / financial services tax experience
• Strong HNW / family office tax background (required)
• Experience reviewing/signing complex, multi-entity/multistate returns
• CPA required
• Client-facing; strong communication skills
• Track record of owning outcomes and driving results
• Experience in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment

Nice to Have

• CFP or MST
• Experience with complex estates, trusts, and planning strategies
