Director, Tax – Hybrid (Atlanta) $180K–$210K + Bonus Leading PE-backed financial services platform hiring a Tax Director to lead UHNW client relationships and complex tax strategy work. What You’ll Do Lead tax strategy + planning for high-net-worth clients Review/sign individual, trust, partnership & corporate returns Own client relationships and deliverables Partner across tax, accounting, and advisory teams Mentor staff and support growth Must Haves 10+ years public accounting or family office / wealth / financial services tax experience Strong HNW / family office tax background (required) Experience reviewing/signing complex, multi-entity/multistate returns CPA required Client-facing; strong communication skills Track record of owning outcomes and driving results Experience in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment Nice to Have CFP or MST Experience with complex estates, trusts, and planning strategies Why Join Massive growth = real leadership upside Build + influence vs. maintain Strong deal flow + expanding client base #J-18808-Ljbffr
