Financial Analyst

Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a growing defense/government contractor seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong long-term potential for someone with experience in program finance, FP&A, government contracting, and proposal pricing. Pay up to $40/hr. | Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models

• Analyze direct, indirect, labor, material, and subcontractor costs

• Develop and review Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation

• Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and Business Development

• Support DCAA/DCMA audits and incurred cost reporting

• Monitor program financial performance, risks, and opportunities

• Generate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of Program Finance, FP&A, or Government Contracting experience

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits preferred

• U.S. Person status required under ITAR Regulations
