Job Overview

UnityPoint – St. Luke's Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care and NICU experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment while providing care to patients across multiple age groups.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based Respiratory Therapy experience
• Must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months
• Recent NICU experience required
• Level III or Level IV NICU experience within the last 15 months required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience with Drager Ventilators
• Experience with Jet Ventilators
• Experience with Oscillator Ventilators
• Ability and willingness to float to different units as needed
• Active Iowa Respiratory License preferred (licensing candidates accepted)

Certifications Required

• RRT (NBRC)
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• PALS
• NRP
