Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to assigned clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and family counseling for clients, ensuring they meet the medical necessity criteria to receive appropriate care.

• Develop, facilitate, and lead psycho-educational groups and parent training workshops, designed to equip clients with practical skills and knowledge.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate case materials, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to agency policies and state regulations.

• Ensure timely completion of charting and reporting requirements, contributing to the overall documentation for quality assurance and performance monitoring.

• Meet the contractual obligations by billing the required number of reimbursable hours effectively, ensuring the sustainability of both your practice and the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
