Sr. Product Owner
Location: Indianapolis, IN. Hybrid (one day onsite)
this role is available in all of the below locations.

- Dearborn, Michigan
- Lake Mary, Florida
- Tampa, Florida
- Norfolk, Virginia
- Mason, Ohio
- Grand Prairie, Texas
Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Work closely with product manager, director, and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
ResponsibilitiesPlan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Required skills and qualifications9+ years of experience in product development
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Serve as product ambassador to communicate release success stories, propose new features and strategies
Outstanding communication, presentation, storytelling and pitch deck creation skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Preferred skillsBachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare/Management related discipline
Proficiency with Jira, business intelligence, Confluence, omnichannel engagement digital systems, product and project management tools
Strong sales driven individual
*MBA/high-ticket sales experience acceptable as alternative to these requirements*
