RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a respected home infusion pharmacy in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with recent sterile compounding and IV experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
Verify IV medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
Prepare sterile IV medications in the clean room as needed.
Perform clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care and medication therapy.
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and timely medication delivery.
Maintain compliance with USP standards, state and federal regulations, and company policies.
Participate in the on-call rotation, providing after-hours clinical support as scheduled.

Requirements
Active and unrestricted Wisconsin Pharmacist license
Recent IV experience (required)
Minimum of 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred
CPR certification is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
