Territory Sales Representative

What You'll Do As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth throughout the Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Corona, and Riverside territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: Growing revenue through new account acquisition and account expansion Building trusted relationships with dentists, specialists, laboratories, and office teams Educating customers on implant, restorative, digital, and regenerative product solutions Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan Leading local educational programs, training events, and customer meetings Utilizing CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecasts, and customer activity Representing the organization at regional and national industry meetings and trade shows Maintaining compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of successful outside sales experience with a documented track record of achievement Medical device, healthcare, dental, or B2B sales experience preferred Formal sales training (Challenger, PSS, Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc.) is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to exceed goals Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory Travel Requirements Extensive local travel throughout the territory (by vehicle) Overnight travel as needed for customer meetings, training programs, and industry events Why Join?
