HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, hospital-employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply.
Highlights/qualified candidates:
- Required credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Successful completion of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia program.
- Certification as a registered nurse anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA.
- Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification.
- Care team model of 10 general anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service.
- Diverse mix of cases including complex neuro/spine, OB, GYN, general, heavy orthopedics, robotics, and GI. No trauma. No cardiac. No peds.
- Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.
- Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. (Separate in-house nighthawk team)
- Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
Incentive and benefits package:
- Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services.
- Start date (commencement) bonus up to $75,000.
