As an Oncology Account Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource to oncology healthcare professionals, providing clinical and disease-state education while supporting customer engagement. Engage oncology healthcare professionals through compliant, clinical and patient-centric conversations focused on disease state education, appropriate patient identification, treatment landscapes, and product positioning. Support pre-launch post-launch initiatives by identifying key stakeholders within oncology practices and health systems, creating awareness, educating customers, and accelerating adoption through virtual engagement channels. Partner with client field sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to ensure aligned customer engagement strategies. Serve as a trusted resource for community oncology customers throughout the customer journey. You are a great fit if you have... Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of virtual/inside sales, field sales, or relevant customer-facing sales experience Experience working with oncology practices, healthcare systems &/or pharma/biotech companies Strong outbound prospecting & customer engagement skills Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone, email, & virtual meetings Experience using virtual presentation tools such as Zoom or Teams Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance & activity targets Strong written & verbal communication skills At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $95-105k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
