Director, Market Access - Reimbursement

Lead successful execution of client engagements through strategic planning, comprehensive project management, external vendor oversight, and delivery of client solutions Track and evaluate health policy, commercial payer trends, CMS, and AMA actions affecting healthcare service execution and payment in the United States Track key trends and implications for clients and the medical device industry Establish recognition as a subject matter expert for marketing Veranex services Manage projects, mentor project team members, and communicate with clients Develop project plans, timelines, roles, and responsibilities Develop, review, and deliver client deliverables Provide thought leadership, problem solving, and strategic recommendations Check the quality of client deliverables Lead secondary research on medical practices, competitive technologies, reimbursement policies, clinical guidelines, insurer coverage policies, public policy impacts, and adoption factors Identify and use databases supporting research and analysis Develop and conduct qualitative and quantitative primary research, including interviews, surveys, data analysis, and visualization Develop pricing strategies for specialty and orphan drugs, innovative devices, and IVDs Develop and deliver client proposals Mentor and develop Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers Contribute to management operations and lead training activities Requirements BA/BS in Health Policy, Life Sciences, Economics, or a business-related field Minimum of 6 years of relevant consulting experience, or a combination of experience and postgraduate education in healthcare consulting, biopharmaceutical, or med tech market analytics Strong presentation skills for developing high-impact deliverables and communicating with senior-level management Excellent writing skills, including the ability to distill large amounts of information into usable reports MS, MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred Experience with medical devices preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in healthcare consulting, project management, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on client engagement and deliverable quality. Proficient in conducting research and analysis within the medical device industry and health policy landscape.
