About This Opportunity Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (EWS) is seeking a Strategic Content Marketing Manager to strengthen our content strategy and editorial capabilities, enabling a more connected and consistent approach to how we tell our story in the market. Reporting to the Strategic Content Marketing Director, this role translates enterprise messaging, portfolio strategy, and customer proof into compelling market-facing narratives. It also helps establish and operate the Content Center of Excellence (CoE) — a shared resource providing narratives, editorial standards, and tools to help teams across EWS create stronger, more consistent content. This is a hands‑on position based in the USA for a skilled content strategist and writer who can shape narratives, collaborate with stakeholders, and build an editorial system that scales across the business. What You Will Do Translate EWS messaging into connected, reusable narrative chapters and source content for priority target audiences, business challenges, use cases, and offerings across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages Write and edit high‑priority content including thought leadership, market perspectives, and customer stories Collaborate with Customer Advocacy, Sales, and Communications to turn customer experiences into compelling market‑facing stories and case studies Build editorial priorities, content plans, standards, templates, and development processes aligned with business goals Establish and operate the CoE — defining its services, intake model, and ways of working to increase content reuse and reduce duplication while retaining functional content ownership across the organization. Leverage internal teams, agencies, and AI‑enabled tools to scale execution while maintaining quality and brand standards Establish practical measures for content effectiveness, adoption, and reuse, using data and feedback to continuously improve Location Plano, TX (preferred) or Boise, ID. The Skills You Bring At least 7 years of experience in B2B technology content strategy, editorial, communications, or related fields Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to draw out insights from stakeholders and subject‑matter experts and translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories. Experience building editorial programs, content operations, or shared content practices Experience developing thought leadership, customer stories, and messaging frameworks for enterprise technology audiences Strong editorial judgment and ability to distinguish a compelling story from simply more content Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority Experience managing agency, freelance, or other external content resources Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to quality Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution AI is becoming core to how we build and deliver at Ericsson. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro‑ration rules apply.
