Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, thereby forming a comprehensive picture of their needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, charting specific therapeutic goals to provide structured pathways for patient improvement and engagement.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and palliative care specialists, to ensure cohesive care that addresses both the emotional and medical aspects of health.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure clients’ immediate and long-term well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
