Automotive Service Advisor – Sales Driven | Miami, FL $75,000+ | Monday–Friday | No Weekends Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced, sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor. This position is for someone who knows how to sell automotive repairs, close estimates, handle objections, and build strong customer relationships. What We're Looking For 3+ years Service Advisor experience preferred Strong automotive sales and closing skills Comfortable presenting high-dollar repair estimates Ability to explain repairs and create value Strong follow-up skills Excellent customer communication Automotive knowledge Goal-oriented and motivated by performance European/luxury vehicle experience is a plus Tekmetric experience is a plus What You'll Do Review technician findings and DVIs Present repair and maintenance recommendations Sell and close recommended work Handle customer questions and objections Follow up on declined services Keep customers updated throughout the repair Work with technicians to keep the shop productive Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships Pay & Benefits $75,000+ per year Monday–Friday — NO WEEKENDS Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), GAP insurance, paid holidays, PTO, paid sick days, and employee discounts.
