Automotive Service Advisor – Miami, FL Experienced Advisor Wanted | $75,000+ | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Miami team.

This position is for someone who is comfortable in a busy automotive repair environment , knows how to communicate with customers, and has the sales ability to turn technician recommendations into approved work.

We want an advisor who can take ownership of the customer from check-in to vehicle delivery while helping the shop achieve its sales and production goals.

?? What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for helping customers understand what their vehicles need while coordinating with our technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage incoming vehicles
• Create repair orders and estimates
• Review technician inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Explain repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly
• Present estimates professionally and confidently
• Sell recommended repairs and maintenance
• Obtain customer authorization
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Provide accurate vehicle status updates
• Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers
• Help manage shop workflow and vehicle completion times
• Process payments and vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers
• Build long-term customer relationships

?? We're Looking for a Strong Sales Advisor

Customer service is important—but this position also requires sales ability .

The right candidate should be comfortable:

• Presenting repair recommendations
• Explaining the value and importance of recommended work
• Handling customer questions and objections
• Following up on declined recommendations
• Asking for the sale
• Managing larger repair estimates
• Building trust without using high-pressure sales tactics

?? Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy repair shop
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable using automotive shop management software
• Valid driver's license

Tekmetric experience is a plus.

?? European & Luxury Vehicle Experience

Prestige Auto Tech specializes heavily in European and luxury vehicles , including:

BMW • Mercedes-Benz • Audi • Volkswagen • Porsche • Land Rover • MINI • Volvo

Experience working as a Service Advisor for a European repair shop, dealership, or luxury automotive facility is highly preferred.
