Prestige Auto Tech is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Miami team.

We are a growing independent automotive repair company looking for an advisor who can take control of the customer experience, communicate effectively with technicians, and turn inspection results into approved repairs.

This position is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor who is sales-driven, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a busy repair environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll manage each customer's service experience from the initial conversation through final vehicle delivery.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Create and manage repair orders
• Schedule appointments
• Review technician inspections and diagnostic findings
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Build and present repair estimates
• Explain repairs and maintenance in simple, understandable terms
• Recommend and sell needed repairs and maintenance
• Obtain customer authorization
• Follow up on recommendations and declined services
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to keep vehicles moving
• Manage promised completion times
• Coordinate parts and warranty needs
• Collect payments and complete vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers after service
• Build relationships that create repeat customers

We're Looking for a Sales-Minded Advisor

A successful Service Advisor at Prestige Auto Tech must be able to do more than write repair orders.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Build customer trust quickly
• Identify customer needs
• Confidently present repair recommendations
• Explain the value and urgency of needed repairs
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Ask for the sale
• Follow up when work is declined
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Previous Service Writer or Service Consultant experience
• Strong automotive repair knowledge
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop
• Computer and automotive management software experience
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license

Tekmetric experience is a plus.

European Automotive Experience Is a Plus

Prestige Auto Tech services a large number of European and luxury vehicles, including:

Experience working in a European automotive repair shop, dealership, luxury repair facility, or high-volume independent shop is highly valued.
