Automotive Service Advisor – Miami, FL $75,000–$120,000+ Earning Potential | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to sell, communicate, and keep a busy repair shop moving?

Prestige Auto Tech is looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our Miami team.

We are looking for someone who can build trust with customers, confidently explain vehicle needs, convert recommendations into approved repairs, and provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

?? Your Role

You will manage the customer's repair experience from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is returned.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and accurately document their concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections with customers
• Prepare and present repair estimates
• Explain repairs and maintenance in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Sell recommended repairs and maintenance services
• Obtain customer authorization
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians to maximize shop productivity
• Monitor repair progress and promised completion times
• Provide proactive customer updates
• Follow up on declined recommendations
• Coordinate parts and warranty needs
• Process payments and vehicle delivery
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business

?? What We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level Service Advisor position .

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong automotive repair knowledge
• Proven ability to sell automotive repairs and maintenance
• Strong closing skills
• Excellent customer communication
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Confidence presenting larger repair estimates
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders at the same time
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license

Tekmetric experience is a plus.

?? European Automotive Experience Preferred

Prestige Auto Tech works extensively with European and luxury vehicles, including:

Experience in a European independent repair shop, luxury repair facility, or dealership environment is highly valued.
