Position Summary:
Callison’s Heating & Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Team members are expected to provide exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality workmanship that reflects our company standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and indoor air quality products.
• Safely recover, handle, and charge refrigerants according to EPA regulations.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failure occurs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, photos, and job documentation through company software.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours emergency service as needed.
• Work closely with office staff, dispatchers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Callison’s Heating & Air’s reputation for honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• HVAC experience preferred (service and/or installation).
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
